The expectant mother must be insured by Adeslas. We recommend you get in touch with the companies that provide this service at least two months before the birth.

Before childbirth
Make the request to the company you have chosen and inform your gynaecologist that you are interested in this service.

At childbirth
Take the extraction kit to the delivery room and hand it over to the medical staff. You must fill out the paperwork and make sure the packaging is unharmed. Follow the instructions and call the courier service to arrange for the sample's collection and delivery to the destination laboratory, depending on the company chosen.

After childbirth
The appropriate analyses will be conducted at the laboratory to determine the sample's viability and the results will be given to you.
