Coverage
- Mandatory third-party liability: covers property damage and bodily harm caused to third parties. Within the limits stipulated by Law, the affected party will be paid the amount of the damage suffered by them and their property as a result of a road traffic accident for which the driver or the owner of the insured vehicle is responsible.
- Voluntary third-party liability: covers the costs of solicitors, court procedural representatives, costs, guarantees, expert reports, etc. as a result of a traffic event. Expenses are fully covered if the services are provided by the Company and there is a limit of up to €3,000 in services chosen by the insured parties.
- Criminal defence and damage claims: insures the expenses that may be incurred by the insured party as a result of their involvement in an administrative, judicial or arbitration procedure, and provides them with judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance services arising from the insurance coverage.
- Accidents involving the driver: death and permanent disability coverage and/or curation expenses for the driver of the insured vehicle. With the possibility of extending the basic capital of the insured party.
- 24h travel assistance: so that you are also covered for the problems that may arise during your trip, such as on-site technical assistance, vehicle towing and rescue and fuel supply, among others. Road assistance in the event of immobilisation due to a breakdown or accident from 0 km through a free telephone number (900), with a punctuality and assistance commitment on any type of road, be it a rural or forest track.
- Windscreen coverage: covers the expenses of repairing or substituting front windscreens, back windscreens, side windows and/or the sun roof of the insured vehicle in the event of their breakage. The damage caused to windscreens as a result of atmospheric phenomena, such as hail, wind, snow, lightning and floods, will also be included.

Optional coverage
- Management of fines and loss of points: we will advise you by telephone of the fine appeal procedures to be conducted, and we will manage the depositions and ordinary appeals against these penalties under the Road Traffic Law. Furthermore, we will refund you for the registration expenses for a road re-education course to fully or partial recover points, following the loss of four or more points.
- Replacement vehicle: optional protection so that in the event of robbery, attempted robbery, fire or immobilisation of the insured vehicle as a result of an accident, with a stay at a workshop exceeding 24 hours, the insurer will make a rental car available to the insured party free of charge, from the first day until the end of the repair. In the event of an accident or damage due to attempted robbery, up to 12 days. In the event of total robbery, up to 40 days. In the event of fire, up to 20 days.
- Extended travel assistance: aside from road assistance for your vehicle and people in the case of need, your policy includes extensive road assistance protection for your vehicle, such as the towing of the vehicle off ordinary roads, mechanical advice by telephone, assistance for people and urgent medical assistance on trips.
- Extension to €60,000 of the accident protection for the driver due to death or total and permanent invalidity.
