Optional coverage whereby in the event of the robbery, fire or immobilisation of your vehicle following an accident and, provided that the duration of the stay at an authorised workshop exceeds 24 hours, we will provide you with a free replacement vehicle.

We undertake to reach the place of the mishap in a maximum period of one hour from the assistance request, in any town and point on the ordinary road network in Spain. 

Once you have requested a tow truck, you will receive an SMS in the mobile telephone indicated, with a link in which you will see a map of the journey in real time until the tow truck reaches the place at which your vehicle is located.
