How does the electronic prescription work?

To obtain the electronic prescription, you only have to be an insured party of an Adeslas healthcare policy.

• Firstly, you must make an appointment with any of the professionals available on your healthcare provider list. If you have any doubts regarding the type of policy or the coverage arranged, we recommend that you access the customer area, where you have all the information regarding your policy and numerous additional functionalities.
• Remember that at Adeslas, we have provided you with our healthcare provider list so that (at the doctor’s discretion) you can be attended to virtually through a telephone appointment or video call.
• After the appointment (in person or remotely), you will receive a document in your email with the prescription, with the format in the following example:
