How to request an appointment online?

Request a refund for appointments, medical tests, psychotherapy and rehabilitation sessions, hospital admission or other services covered by your policy, completely online from your Customer Area or from the Adeslas Salud y Bienestar app..

Enter the Refund section of your Customer Area

Or through the Adeslas Salud y Bienestar app under My dealings > Refunds.
If you have still not registered for Adeslas’s digital services, you can do so on both sites.

Choose the refund type that you are going to request and check the documentation that you need to provide.
Select the insured party and fill in the details requested.

Attach the documentation required and end the process.

Furthermore, now, with the Adeslas Salud y Bienestar app, you will receive a push notification in your telephone when there is a change in the status of your refund.

You can also consult your notifications in the Customer Area of Adeslas’s web page, in the top right-hand corner, by clicking on the envelope icon. If you have pending notifications, you will be informed with a notice in red.

How can I follow up my refund?

Enter your Refund section of your Customer Area.

Or through the Adeslas Salud y Bienestar app under My dealings > Refunds.
If you have still not registered for Adeslas’s digital services, you can do so on both sites.

 

In the main screen of the Refund section you will find your last requests and from there you can access the details of each of them.

If you have any pending request for additional information, you can attach it from there.
