Follow these steps to check if you have pending receipts and how to manage them from your Customer Area. We remind you of the importance of being up to date with your payments to be able to continue to enjoy all the benefits of your insurance policy.

Access the Receipts and co-payments section from your Customer Area

View the status of each of your receipts:

  • Paid: The receipt has been paid
  • Pending and Returned: You will find the amount of the receipt and the “Pay receipt now” button to make the payment online.

Click on “Pay receipt now”. You will access a payment gateway, where you can enter your bank card details.

After making the payment, you will automatically be returned to your Customer Area. There we will confirm to you whether the payment has been made correctly or if there has been an error.

The change of status of the receipt (from Returned to Paid) may take a few minutes.

Return to the Receipts and copayments page to pay another receipt or consult the status of the receipt that you have just paid.
