This internal whistleblower channel does not process enquiries, complaints or claims of policyholders, insured parties or insurance beneficiaries.

The internal whistleblower channel is managed by an independent entity to safeguard the confidentiality of the complainant’s identity, prohibiting any type of reprisals as a result of its use of good faith.
