SegurCaixa Adeslas provides psychological care to those affected in La Palma

Madrid, September 22, 2021.- SegurCaixa Adeslas, an insurer integrated into the Mutua Group and owned by CaixaBank, has made available to its policyholders in La Palma a telephone assistance service provided by a team of psychologists specialized in natural disasters who will assist those affected by the volcano eruption. The service is performed through the Teladoc health specialist.

In addition, the insurer has already contacted the possible insured affected by the volcano to make itself available to them. The company, through Caixabank, has enabled personnel and telematic tools to facilitate the declaration of claims, as well as to manage all the documentation that must be sent to the Insurance Compensation Consortium for processing.
