SegurCaixa Adeslas chosen best insurer in Spain by Capital Finance International

The British magazine highlights its leadership in new products and services

Madrid, April 5, 2022.- SegurCaixa Adeslas, part of the Mutua Group and owned by CaixaBank, has been recognized by Capital Finance International (cfi.co) as the Best Insurer in Spain 2022. The British magazine awards this distinction to the company for the third year in a row, in recognition of their continued efforts to improve customer service and satisfaction.

The financial media highlights the company's strategy when designing and developing insurance solutions and services such as Adeslas Salud y Bienestar, the digital health center whose app has ranked number one in the Health category in Spain, and which has already surpassed 500,000 registered users. "The platform helps policyholders take a leading role in their well-being through personalized plans aimed at improving health outcomes," explains the cfi.co panel of experts.

The jury of the award has also taken into account the good results of the MyBox insurance range, which seeks to build customer loyalty with insurance without premium increase for three years. This strategy has allowed the company to grow above the market in a complicated context still marked by the pandemic.

The president of SegurCaixa Adeslas, Javier Mira, affirms that "the award is a sign that we are going in the right direction and that we are ready to capture the opportunities that arise in an increasingly complex panorama". SegurCaixa Adeslas reached premium income of 4,156 million euros in 2021, 4.6% more than the previous year. The company leads Health insurance with a share of 30%, ranks second in Home and leads Accident and Commerce, among other main branches.
