Retrieve estimateTo calculate the price of your insurance policy, please read the following basic data protection information beforehand:
Data controller: SegurCaixa Adeslas, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros.
Purpose and legal capacity: (i) Based on the implementation of precontractual measures in line with your application (signing of the contract), we will process your personal data to provide your insurance simulation and carry out the profiling required to calculate the amount of the premium and to process and maintain the contractual relationship, should you continue with the policy arrangement. Likewise, your contact details will be used to provide you with information on the insurance being priced, and to send you the legal documentation and that arising from your policy request by email. (ii) Where appropriate, based on your consent, your contact details will be used for one of our agents to contact you or to keep you informed about our products. The personal data provided shall be true, accurate and owned by you and/or by third parties that have obtained your consent for it to be processed for that purpose.
Conservation: If the policy is not taken out, once ten working days have elapsed since the expiry date of this simulation, the data contained therein shall be deleted. If you agree to the processing of your data to keep yourself informed of our products, said data shall be conserved for 18 months, provided that you do not revoke your consent before that date.
Recipients: The data provided shall not be transferred to third parties unless a legal obligation exists or to supply the service in question.
